Bible Moths Study Tuesdays, 10 a.m.
When John and Charles Wesley, the founders of the Methodist movement in England in the 1730s, were in college, they formed a small group to study the Bible, to pray, to visit the sick and the poor, and to worship. Their friends called them all sorts of names, including Methodists because they were so methodical in their practice, and Bible Moths, because it always seemed they had their nose stuck in the Bible.
Bible study is key to knowing who God is, who we are as God's people and how we are to live in God's world. Join Pastor Wendy for a "drop-in" Bible study at 10 a.m. each Tuesday. We will study the scripture passages for the coming week's sermon and see where God is speaking to us through the text and through our experiences. Come as often as your schedule allows.
